MLS International Elementary Program: Social Studies 

The Social Studies program at MLS is based on Ten Themes developed by National Curriculum Standards for Social Studies. As students progress through their education, the Ten Themes are emphasized at developmentally appropriate levels. Harcourt Brace textbooks support the program and other Social Studies texts designed for global learners. The ten themes are;
