A New Year Begins at MLS
🌟 A new school year is underway at MLS, and our campus is once again filled with learners, families, teachers, and the energy that comes with a fresh start.
We are excited to welcome back our returning families and familiar faces, while extending a special welcome to the new students, families, and teachers joining our MLS community this year. From saying goodbye to our first graduating Grade 12 class to welcoming our newest learners into Nursery, a new chapter of learning and growth has begun.
We started the year by bringing our community together. During Hopes & Dreams Day, learners, families, and teachers had the opportunity to connect, build relationships, and share their hopes for the year ahead. ðŸ’✨ Our Back-to-School Sessions also welcomed parents into the learning journey, providing an opportunity to learn more about the MLS educational philosophy, curriculum, Conscious Discipline approach, and what learning will look like throughout the year.
There is also plenty that is new to discover on campus! 📚🌿 Our learners are returning to a revamped library and a renovated Inquiry Garden, creating refreshed spaces for reading, exploration, play, inquiry, and hands-on learning.
With returning teachers and new faces ready to begin, renewed learning spaces, and a strong partnership with our families, we are looking forward to another year of learning, connection, creativity, and growth.
