MANDARIN TEACHER 

Mandarin Teacher Wanted to Cultivate Cultural Awareness and Language Skills

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Mandarin teacher to teach our students about the Mandarin language and Chinese culture. As a Mandarin teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that engage and inspire our students. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters cultural awareness and language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Mandarin lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
• Teach students about the Mandarin language and Chinese culture
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters cultural awareness and language skills
• Encourage students to develop their Mandarin language skills through speaking, reading, and writing
• Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lesson plans to enhance student engagement and learning
• Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed
• Communicate with parents and school administration regarding student progress and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Mandarin language education

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mandarin education or a related field
• Teaching Certificate
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting
• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of Chinese culture and history
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students to develop their Mandarin language skills and cultural awareness
