PYP Homeroom Teacher – Elementary

At MLS, we are seeking a compassionate and engaging PYP Homeroom Teacher who is committed to nurturing students as thinkers, communicators, and caring members of their community.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework
Foster student growth in communication, collaboration, and social-emotional development
Build strong relationships with students and families
Collaborate with the Elementary team to implement MLS’s mission and learning philosophy
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom environment
Support students’ academic and personal development through reflective practice
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for an educator who meets the following criteria:
Valid Iqama or Civil ID
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Teaching certification (as required by Saudi regulations)
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB or inquiry-based setting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to continuous professional growth
