Claudia Nicoleta Paun:

High School Learning & Operations Lead - Science and Math

It is a privilege to lead the High School at MLS International, where we strive to empower students to become thoughtful, independent, and compassionate visionaries. Building on the strong foundations of MLS, my mission is to ensure that our learners not only excel academically but also grow as resilient, innovative, and empathetic young leaders who are prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.

With over 15 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership, I have guided students across elementary, middle, high school, and university levels. My academic journey, which includes a Master’s degree in Statistics and Applied Mathematics, has expanded into doctoral research in Education Management, where I continue to explore how schools can maximize student potential and long-term success. As a lifelong learner, I believe that education is a continuous journey of growth, one that I model for my students every day.

At MLS, I am committed to cultivating an environment where high standards of excellence are met with creativity, collaboration, and character development. As we look ahead to our first graduating class in 2026, I am inspired by the incredible potential of our students and dedicated to ensuring that each one is supported, challenged, and celebrated on their journey. Together with our dedicated educators and families, I look forward to continuing the legacy of MLS, preparing our students to become makers of the future.
