Early Years on Stage

Last week, our Early Years learners, from Toddlers to KG1, took the stage for a series of joyful End-of-Year Concerts, celebrating music, storytelling, language, creativity, and the growth our students have experienced throughout the year 🌱

Our Toddlers explored the theme of the forest, delighting families with songs and performances connected to the different languages and experiences they have explored this year. Their concert included "As Slow as a Sloth", Nihao Nihao, Le Petit Poisson, Shake Them High 🎶, and the Arabic fingerplay song حلقت الطيور - لعبة أصابع. It was wonderful to see our youngest learners confidently singing, moving, and participating on stage.

In Pre-K A and B, students shared their learning through songs about seeds growing, bees, and butterflies🦋, while their teacher read a story about a happy cow named Daisy. In Arabic, learners explored a story about hungry animals searching for food, followed by each animal group standing proudly to perform their own songs.

Our KG1 A and B learners brought storytelling and drama to life through two wonderful performances. KG1 A performed Mega Mighty Mini Beasts, while KG1 B presented The Three Billy Goats Gruff 🐐. Both performances reflected the children’s growing confidence, language development, creativity, and collaboration skills.

These concerts were more than performances, they were authentic demonstrations of learning, communication, and self-expression. They also reflected the importance of music, movement, storytelling, and multilingual learning within our Early Years program.

We are incredibly proud of our learners and thankful to our teachers and families for supporting these memorable celebrations of growth and learning. 👏✨
