Inquiry in Action: King Salman Science Oasis Trip

Last week, our Middle School students (Grades 6–8) visited the King Salman Science Oasis (KSSO) in Riyadh for an exciting, hands-on learning experience.
The field trip supported MLS’s commitment to inquiry-based learning in science and technology, aligning with our focus on creativity, problem-solving, and innovation, key pillars of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to:
- Connect classroom learning to real-world STEM experiences.
- Spark curiosity through interactive exhibits and demonstrations.
- Build collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills through group exploration and inquiry.
The day was filled with discovery, wonder, and excitement as students experienced science in action, reinforcing that learning at MLS goes beyond the classroom and inspires a lifelong love of exploration.
